Obama’s actions in Libya were admittedly taken on behalf of the United Nations, violating the U.S. Constitution in spirit and law.

Further, President Obama has wantonly expanded, not curtailed, the use of military in foreign adventures and moreover has broken every key promise he campaigned on.

Rep. Walter Jones introduced Resolution 107 in the House that states should the president use offensive military force without the authorization of Congress that such an act would be “an impeachable high crime and misdemeanor.”

Constitutional scholar and Ron Paul advisor Bruce Fein drafted articles of impeachment for President Obama largely focused on the declaration of war issues in the wake of action in Libya last year.

Ron Paul identified the Libyan action as impeachable, and even House Democrats like Jerrold Nadler likened Obama to an emperor.

The Secretary of Defense reiterates the treasonous claim that war authorization is optional, admitting that international authority is sought, but approval from the U.S. Congress is not.

Kurt Nimmo writes: Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta said during questioning by Senator Jeff Sessions of Alabama that the Obama administration does not believe Congress has the exclusive right to declare war and that the Pentagon answers to the United Nations, not the people of the United States.

Article I, Section 8, of the Constitution reserves exclusively for Congress the power to declare war. Both Thomas Jefferson and James Madison argued that the power to declare war must reside in the legislative branch of government and the president will only act as the commander-in-chief and direct the war after it is declared by Congress.

“The constitution supposes, what the history of all governments demonstrates, that the executive is the branch of power most interested in war, and most prone to it. It has accordingly with studied care vested the question of war in the legislature,” Madison wrote.

1) Despite promising otherwise, Barack Obama committed U.S. military resources to overthrow Libyan leader Colonel Gaddafi without any kind of congressional authorization whatsoever and without citing any evidence that Libya under Gaddafi was a threat to the security of the United States.

Furthermore, Obama brazenly undermined the power of Congress by insisting his authority came from the United Nations Security Council and that Congressional approval was not necessary. “I don’t even have to get to the Constitutional question,” Obama churlishly remarked.

2) On New Years Eve 2011, Obama signed into law the National Defense Authorization Act which includes provisions that permit the abduction and military detention without trial of U.S. citizens.

Despite Obama claiming he would not use the provisions to incarcerate U.S. citizens, it was his administration that specifically demanded these powers be included in the final NDAA bill.

3) The passage of the Obamacare bill, under which Americans will be forced to buy health insurance, is clearly anathema to the Constitution.

“The individual mandate is unprecedented and exceeds Congress’s power to regulate interstate commerce. If it is allowed to stand, Congress will be able to impose any kind of economic mandate as part of any kind of national regulatory scheme,” writes Ilya Shapiro, a Senior Fellow in Constitutional Studies, Cato Institute.

4) Obama’s role in the economic looting of America since he took office is unprecedented. Specifically, Obama violated the Constitution’s Takings and Due Process Clauses when he bullied the secured creditors of automaker Chrysler into accepting 30 cents on the dollar while politically connected labor unions and preferential others received better deals.

5) Finally, Obama’s use of signing statements shows his desire to continue in the vein of George W. Bush and rule by executive fiat. This is a direct violation of Article II of the Constitution.

This latest White House holiday junket also counted in its imperial entourage Hillary Clinton and favored Romney running mate Marco Rubio, along with other high-ranking member’s of the President’s court, and a security detail which included scores of Secret Service agents, along with a few dozen more aids and logistics personnel.

As President Obama and his royal entourage touched down in Cartagena, Colombia for the Summit of the Americas on Friday afternoon, it seemed that his elite security detail had other, more pressing matters on their minds – wasting no time getting busy sampling some of the South America’s local delicacies.

Unable to control their manic hormonal urges, some of the President’s elite security “Advance Team” thought it prudent to coordinate a special Charlie Sheen-style recreational reconisance operation – on US taxpayers time.

According to initial reports last night, a dozen agents – including a number of married ones, have been sent packing we are told, this time for “soliciting prostitution”, a practice considered inappropriate for security staff charged with guarding America’s heads of state.



It’s still unclear whether or not Obama’s body guards made their trip to one of Cartegna’s infamous ‘red light’ districts, or if the Secret Service had instead organized their staff party at the same venue as US diplomats, and it’s not known who actually paid for their Colombian hookers.

To add insult to injury, Ronald Kessler the veteran journalist who orginally broke the story, one of the President’s Secret Service agents refused to pay for services rendered, which led the sex worker to complain to local police, which led to the media leak – very bad form indeed.

It may also be prudent to inquire also, that if hookers were involved, could the agents also have partaken in Columbia’s other bountiful national delicacy, or to put it figuratively, were they also ”hitting the slopes in April”?

Apparently, prostitution is tolerated by the Colombian authorities, not least because of the steady service they provide to the city’s numerous white-collar administrators.

And it’s no secret that the nation’s other multi-billion dollar-a-year export and illegal trafficking narcotics industry, cociane, is also available on most street conrners and under the table in some pharmacies.
   
Regardless of the details, one could summarize that this latest scandal indicates a culture of excess, and a void of ethics which looks to have infected Washington’s most elite corps of guardians – a breach in behavioral standards that could ulimately compromise national security.

According to initial reports from the Washington Post:

“Edwin Donovan, an agency spokesman, said that an unspecified number of agents have been recalled and replaced with others, stressing that Obama’s security has not been compromised because of the change.”

The Democratic Party faithful will also be painfully aware how this unprecedented international lapse in ethics and judgement will forever be a black mark on the administration, and no doubt will fuel endless jokes at the expense of the White House – one of the worst possible foreign incidents to happen in an election year.

Most importantly however, readers should realize how dangerous and how compromised the nation’s security is when the President’s own elite body guards are mixing with, and exchanging money for services with sex workers in a poor third world country. 

What’s even worse than all this, however, is that it may not even shock most Americans who have grown to accept such ill behavior overseas from their security professionals

In the early hours of Easter Sunday, two white men were arrested for a Good Friday shooting spree in which all the victims were black. 

In custody are 19-year-old Jake England and 32-year-old Alvin Watts. 

There is not much information available as of yet. 

That does not really matter to how this narrative will play out in the racebaiting national media.

As with all the other antics and misadventures of the national, propagandist media as of late, the bias and bigotry of the dishonest media will be shortly on display as these Tulsa shootings become the new racial injustice de jure.

The true injustice here will be the biased and false media coverage of the story.

 Next week, you’ll see the racial agitators like Al Sharpton and Spike Lee on the warpath about this story.

My question to you is, what else recently happened in Tulsa that we discussed here on the Truth Emporium, that no one in the national, racebaiter media chose to cover? 

If you said the case of Tyrone Woodfork, then move to the head of the class. 

Woodfork, as you recall, is the black young man who beat an elderly white couple. 

He raped and beat Nancy Strait, who eventually died of her injuries.

Woodfork’s crimes also occurred in Tulsa. 

The national media didn’t discuss it. 

But they will be covering these shootings of black citizens by two white men. 

Why? 

It is a simple and fair question to ask of the racebaiting media.

Mark my words, these Tulsa shootings will be all that the media talks about next week, and for weeks afterwards. 

The media didn’t talk about what Tyrone Woodfork did. 

Why? 

Both sets of crimes were in the same community. 

What is all that fundamentally different between the acts?

The Toledo Blade reports that an old man was assaulted by a gang in retaliation for the killing of Trayvon Martin:

While Mr. Watts was down the boys kicked him, over and over, shouting, “[Get] that white [man]. This is for Trayvon … Trayvon lives, white [man]. Kill that white [man],” according to a police report.

Mr. Watts is 78, the assailants are teenagers.

No word if the Rev. Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson and the Congressional Black Caucus will turn the assault into a civil rights crusade.

Traitor Eric Holder Should Be Shot For Treason

Republican lawmakers on the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee called on Attorney General Eric Holder to resign even as the country’s top lawyer dodged questions about his involvement in what many are calling a criminal scheme by the U.S. government to traffic weapons to Mexican drug gangs.

During his testimony, Holder ranted angrily about the alleged “unfairness” of him having to answer questions about why he used bogus documents to conceal the fact that weapons sold in the government gunrunning operation were used to murder U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry.

“Nobody’s been disciplined. Nobody’s been fired,” Rep. Blake Farenthold (R-Texas) told the embattled Holder. “It might be time for you to resign.”

Holder opened his remarks by acknowledging that “Fast and Furious”—the U.S. governmental operation to supply arms to Mexican narco- guerrillas, who are waging veritable war against the governments of Mexico and the United States—was a mistake.

However, he claimed it was cooked up by people in his employ and was something he could not personally be held accountable for.

Evidence presented to the committee during five previous hearings shows that Holder lied to Congress about Fast and Furious, claiming it did  not exist.

Since then, he has changed his tune and also admitted that the Justice Department laundered money for Mexican drug gangs as well.

The Fast and Furious operation was the brainchild of Patrick Cunningham, the head of the Criminal Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Phoenix.

It was Cunningham whom Holder referenced in comments he made claiming that his subordinates deceived him and other Department of Justice supervisors as to the nature of the program.

Cunningham recently took the Fifth Amendment and refused to testify before Congress, claiming he was under criminal investigation for his actions in setting up and controlling the Fast and Furious program.

Holder himself has been threatened with a criminal contempt of Congress citation for his continuing refusal to release almost 10,000 documents relating to the program.

The family of U.S. Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry, who was murdered by thugs using guns provided to Mexican narco-guerrillas by Holder, has filed a civil lawsuit seeking $25 million in damages from the Obama administration.

Terry was killed in late 2010 during a cross-border raid conducted by Mexican drug traffickers. An investigation into the murder found that the guns used were provided to Mexican drug cartels by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, and that the operation was conceived and carried out by the U.S. Attorney’s Office under the supervision of Holder.
