Anyone who follows the TSA blog, run by “Bob”, will know that from time to time the agency attempts to offset the ballooning negative public opinion directed towards it, and the openly criminal behaviour of its employees, by bragging about “dangerous” items that it has discovered and confiscated from the luggage and persons of those traveling through the nation’s airports.

Another of these pathetic bragging blogs appeared this weekend, listing the discovery of a can of chicken soup as a success story.

You read correctly, billions in taxpayer dollars and unfettered power handed down to illiterate minimum wage thugs is resulting in the prevention of Americans from smuggling tasty broth aboard airplanes.

Among the list of small knives, knuckle dusters and various other items cited by the TSA was the following post:

Chicken Soup for Your Pants? – Officers found a can of soup in a Las Vegas passenger’s carry-on bag. When told that it couldn’t go through because of the liquids rule (it was more than 3.4 ounces), the passenger said they would put the soup in their checked baggage. But when the passenger returned to the checkpoint, officers saw that the passenger had tried to hide the soup in their pants. No soup for them.

The same post also notes that when someone jokingly told a TSA employee searching his bag “Those are my explosives”, it delayed other passengers trying to get to their flights.

The post prompted a tirade of comments from angry Americans who are fed up to the back teeth with the TSA’s security theater antics:

“way to go, you stopped someone from taking soup on a plane…..the skys are safe again.”

“omg thanks SO MUCH for keeping the world safe from chicken soup!!!! WHEW! Billions of tax dollars well spent.”

“I love how the TSA tries to inject these descriptions with pithy humor, only to follow up with the fact that under no circumstances should travelers try to be humorous. It’s serious business or it isn’t… pick one.”

“All of these items appear to be discoverable using the technology available on 9/10/01. Why exactly are we spending billions on your agency again?”

“How again is chicken soup dangerous to an airplane?”

“Would any of these items actually have been useful to terrorists/malcontents/nincompoops? Americans learned ON Sept 11 to fight back. We don’t need your baby-sitting over ineffectual toys.”

“So what did the extra 1 billion dollars you spent on the naked scanners get us then? All of these could be found with metal detectors.”

“And you really count a can of soup, a non-functional decorative grenade and a one inch knife as wins? Really?”

“Congratulations on removing these items from non-terorists, preventing no terrorist attacks, bombings or other dangers to passengers. Especially with that soup. My my. Also, congratulations on spending so much money to do it! I wish I could get paid so much while delivering so very little. Nice work, if you can get it.”

The post encapsulates in just a few words the point made last week by former TSA chair Kip Hawley, who slammed the agency saying “it is a national embarrassment that our airport security system remains so hopelessly bureaucratic and disconnected from the people whom it is meant to protect.”

In a piece penned for the Wall Street Journal, Hawley said the agency requires a complete overhaul, and that it has spent years standing behind a “wrongheaded approach to risk.”

Hawley described airport travel as “an unending nightmare” and said that airport security had been reduced to an ‘Easter-egg hunt’ as officers look out for low-risk prohibited items, such as lighters, rather than focusing on disrupting terror plots.

“It is time to end the TSA’s use of well-trained security officers as kindergarten teachers to millions of passengers a day” Hawley stated.

Slaughter Of Michigan Piglets Reprehensible Barbarism

There is nothing more pathetic, ugly and insidious than a tyrannical government thug who uses his power to destroy the lives of law-abiding citizens.

We have witnessed the outrageous acts carried out by jack-booted scumbags in Michigan’s Department of Natural Resources (DNR) who masterminded armed raids on two ranches in that state, all with the intention of shooting and killing traditional livestock and arresting ranchers as felons.

This is part of Michigan’s new “Invasive Species Order” which maliciously and unlawfully targets traditional pig livestock as an invasive species, based entirely on their hair color and other physical traits. According to our sources, the person behind this effort is DNR director Rodney A. Stokes.

Rodney Stokes, we’ve been told, is the decision maker behind these armed raids on Michigan ranchers. He’s the one who demands that traditional heritage pigs be slaughtered at gunpoint and that Michigan ranchers be arrested and charged as felons if they resist.

In investigating this story, I called and left a message for the DNR’s media contact, but he has so far failed to return my call. I am not necessarily expecting a return call, as experience has taught me that these cowards prefer to operate in darkness and quickly flee when someone with any real journalistic integrity begins to ask real questions.

This entire story stems from the DNR’s forcing of Michigan small-scale pig ranchers to slaughter their own livestock or be arrested as felons. Yes, you read that correctly.
One Michigan farmer was forced to shoot his own livestock in cold blood — including twenty baby piglets and pregnant sows.

As he says in his own words:“I was served a search warrant yesterday at 7: 45am. I have killed all my hogs. [DNR] gave me papers that say I do not have any hogs on my property. All they saw were dead hogs laying around from my mass slaughtering. It took 12 guys 4 times in there to kill all of them, sows with young, Pregnant sows, dozens of piglets, and old mature boars.

It has been a sad few weeks. Does anyone know what it feels like to open fire on 20 baby piglets in one group which weigh between 5 lbs and 15 lbs. They are so adorable and cute. They commented to everyone that they never saw a fence built so tough and no way would a hog get out of this area.”This is directly a result of the orders of DNR director Rodney Stokes.

But in Lansing, Michigan, where these city bureaucrats have apparently never even seen a farm, they’re so stupid they think feral pigs can be eradicated by shooting pigs INSIDE the ranch fences!

That’s about as retarded as thinking you can eliminate a coyote problem by shooting your family dog.

Just how out of control is the DNR? Imagine this: Using the exact same logic they have now put forth to justify their recent raids of farmers, the Michigan DNR could simply declare domesticated dogs to be an “invasive species” and then unleash swarms of armed DNR agents across the state to enter your house and shoot your dog, then arrest you as a felon for even owning that now-dead dog!

This is exactly — precisely! — what the DNR has done with farmers’ pigs, which they claim are “feral” pigs. But that’s no different than claiming your household dog is a “feral” dog. If it’s domesticated in your house (or on your ranch, within the fences), then it’s not feral, is it? It’s domesticated. It’s fenced in.

Michigan’s DNR argues that “your pigs MIGHT escape” into the wild, and therefore the state of Michigan has the right to come shoot all your pigs on sight, with no judge, no jury, no trial, no law, no due process and no opportunity for appeal! How’s that for total, runaway tyranny in Michigan?

But by the same logic, the DNR could argue that “your DOG might escape” into the wild, and therefore the DNR should just murder all family dogs in Michigan, see? It’s the same (warped) reasoning. These people are insane! I wonder if DNR director Rodney Stokes has a family dog?

And I wonder how he would feel if four government vehicles stopped at his house, a dozen armed agents burst into his home, and then they shot his dog right in the head? That’s what he ordered done to Michigan pig ranchers, you see.

It’s no different. (For the record, I am not calling for anyone to actually shoot Stokes’ dog, if he even has one. I repeat my call for non-violent resolution of these issues — even though that’s a philosophy the Michigan government has long abandoned in favor of violent escalation.)

If the DNR is not sharply rebuked for its outrageous actions of forcing farmers to shoot their own baby piglets in cold blood, there is no telling where this madness will end. Emboldened by the mass slaughter of pigs, DNR director Rodney Stokes could simply declare (like the Emperor) that cows are now an invasive species.

Or goats. Sheep. Cats. Backyard chickens. Without any law being passed whatsoever, the DNR could simply invent its own new “directives” (exactly as happened in this case) and then use those directives as the quasi-legal justification to just run around the state using people’s animals as target practice.

And by God, the DNR front line agents would do what they were told, too! “We’re just following orders!” they would say as they put a bullet in the head of your family dog. Such is the nature of tyranny — there’s always some poor sap willing to carry it out in exchange for a government paycheck and the promise of retirement benefits that they’ll never receive because the state will be bankrupt long before that date ever arrives anyway.

So the question right now is whether the Michigan government will reign in these outrageous abuses of power by the DNR — a rogue, criminal agency operating right under the nose of Governor Rick Snyder.

It’s time to let these people hear what you think about their policy of the mass slaughter of pregnant pigs and baby pigs because of the ego-tripping power desires of its most insane departmental tyrants.

Let’s be honest about what we’re witnessing here. What Michigan has done is an act of state-sponsored terrorism that specifically has targeted innocent farmerswho have done nothing wrong.

As the DNR refused to debate their ISO (Invasive Species Order) in the courts and instead resorted to an escalation of violence by bringing guns onto illegal farm raids, their actions are clearly those of government tyrants who resort to tactics of fear, intimidation and violence in order to get their way.

This is simply not acceptable. Such actions must be halted by peacekeeping citizens who lawfully and ethically act to preserve their rights to pursue life, liberty and happiness. Even if it means lawfully and legally arresting government terrorists who have been conspiring against them.

While DNR director Rodney Stokes could have decided to hold off on the armed raids and argue the merits of the ISO in Michigan’s courts, he instead decided to escalate the violence and bring guns to farms where unjustified violence has now been committed against the animals there.

This shows a striking disregard for valuing life and liberty. It is a very dangerous sign to see a departmental director openly advocating such acts of terrorism against the People. (Should Rodney Stokes be prosecuted under the Patriot Act? That’s something worth investigating, even if the Patriot Act is a bad law to begin with…)

Regardless of the evidently unstable psychology of the man who masterminded this criminal conspiracy against Michigan farmers, the actions of the DNR are wholly illegitimate, unethical, immoral, illegal, unconstitutional and despicable. This is the kind of government behavior you might expect in North Korea, not Michigan.

Yet through its recent actions on threatening home gardeners, SWAT-teaming innocent mothers while stealing their children with CPS workers and now raiding farms at gunpoint, the state of Michigan has cemented its reputation as the most terror-driven state government in America today.

Where is Michigan Governor Rick Snyder on these issues? Why has he not spoken out for the People of Michigan and sought to defend them against the tyranny of the very rogue government agencies he now commands?

Mulletheaded Michigan Morons Declare War On Innocent Piggies

NaturalNews can now confirm that the Michigan Department of Natural Resources has, in total violation of the Fourth Amendment, conducted two armed raids on pig farmers in that state, one in Kalkaska County at Fife Lake and another in Cheboygan County.

Staging raids involving six vehicles and ten armed men, DNA conducted unconstitutional, illegal and arguably criminal armed raids on these two farms with the intent of shooting all the farmers’ pigs under a bizarre new “Invasive Species Order” (ISO) that has suddenly declared traditional livestock to be an invasive species.



The ISO also deems farmers who raise these pigs to be felons, and DNR officials were ready to make arrests on the scene and haul away these farmers to be prosecuted as hardened criminals.

“I think this is an unconstitutional order, these actions of the DNR are way out of bounds,” attorney Joseph O’Leary told NaturalNews in an interview today. He is representing one of the farmers who was targeted in these raids. “To take what was six months ago an entirely legal activity, and suddenly people are felons over it.

They’re not growing drugs, running guns or killing anybody, they’re raising animals pursuant to USDA regulations and state of Michigan regulations. They haven’t done anything wrong here, and the DNR is treating them like they are hardened criminals.”

In anticipation of the DNR arriving on the scene, one farmer engaged in what can only be described as a heart-wrenching task of shooting his own pigs, one by one, including baby piglets before the DNR arrived. This was to avoid being arrested as a felon.

His livelihood is now completely destroyed, as the state of Michigan has put him out of business. Even after this farmer informed the DNR that he had destroyed his entire herd of pigs, the DNR continued to illegally acquire a search warrant by providing false information to a court Judge, then conducting an armed raid on his ranch to verify that the entire herd of pigs had indeed already been shot to death.

That this took place satisfied the DNR, which is now showing itself to be engaged in the mob-style destruction of targeted farming businesses through its mass-murder agenda of Michigan’s small-scale farm pigs.

“It was very traumatic for him. These guys are farmers, and I know how much he cared for the animals there, and the DNR treats these like they’re some kind of a plant that needs to be exterminated rather than animals that people care about,” said O’Leary.

One of the raids targeted Ron McKendrick of Renegade Ranch in Cheboygan County. His ranch was raided on Saturday morning, and DNR agents reportedly conducted an interrogation of his customers and his 75-year-old senior citizen employee.

Based on the actions of the DNR, it is my belief that the DNR is a rogue, criminal gang of government thugs who are murdering livestock, destroying the lives of farmers, violating the constitutional rights of Michigan citizens and engaging in outrageous acts of destruction of private property.

As the editor of NaturalNews, I am hereby calling for the armed citizens’ arrest of DNR officials who must be brought to justice for their crimes against Michigan farmers. Every agent of the DNR that participated in these raids must be brought to justice to answer for their crimes.

If the use of force is necessary to make a lawful and legal arrest of these criminal Michigan government agents, then such use of force is fully authorized under the United States Constitution as well as the Constitution of the State of Michigan.

In Texas, the state Constitution even says that farmers have the right to use lethal force to prevent someone from committing a felony crime against their property. This includes shooting horse thieves, for example, and being in the right to do so.

While I’m not sure if the Michigan constitution provides for such defense of private property, no government has any right to terrorize its citizens in the way that has been witnessed here with the DNR of Michigan. These people are utterly out of control, waging a private armed war against selective targets, using taxpayer money to destroy the lives of productive Michigan citizens.

These DNS agents are dangerous and clearly psychologically imbalanced. They desperately need to be taught a lesson in lawful government and the rights of citizens. They need to be arrested and serve time to rethink their crimes against the People of Michigan.

While I do not espouse the use of violence to resolve issues with government, when innocent farmers are faced with being raided by criminal gangs of rogue government operatives who are forcing them to destroy their entire livestock herds, there is little choice but to bring out the rifles and arrest these criminals at gunpoint and bring them to justice in the court system where they must face charges of conspiracy, destruction of private property, the violation of the civil rights of private citizens, illegal trespassing and much more.

This is the whole point of the Second Amendment, by the way: To give the People some balance of power so that they might protect themselves against the overzealous, tyrannical agendas of out-of-control governments which inevitably try to rule over the People as violent dictators.

A court hearing is scheduled this Friday at 9:00 am at the courthouse in Cheboygan County. I have been told that a very important legal strategy to halt this DNR madness will be unveiled in the courtroom that morning. Ron McKendrick, whose ranch was raided by DNR over the weekend, will be appearing in this hearing.

I am calling upon all patriots, farmers and food rights activists in Michigan to be there on Friday morning and join in this show of support for farming freedom and fundamental human rights. Do we not have the right to raise livestock without the state raiding our property and murdering our animals? And why is this not being covered in the national media?

Impeachment Easy Way Out For White House Traitor

A new national movement has been launched to impeach President Obama based around five core issues which clearly demonstrate how Obama has flagrantly violated the Constitution.

The campaign, backed by director, producer, actor and writer Sean Stone, is a follow-up to North Carolina Republican Walter Jones’ efforts to bring the administration to account for launching unconstitutional wars without the authorization of Congress.

Jones’ recently introduced resolution states that such actions represent “an impeachable high crime and misdemeanor.”

The five core reasons for impeachment proceedings to be launched can be summarized as follows;

1) Despite promising otherwise, Barack Obama committed U.S. military resources to overthrow Libyan leader Colonel Gaddafi without any kind of congressional authorization whatsoever and without citing any evidence that Libya under Gaddafi was a threat to the security of the United States.

Furthermore, Obama brazenly undermined the power of Congress by insisting his authority came from the United Nations Security Council and that Congressional approval was not necessary. “I don’t even have to get to the Constitutional question,” Obama churlishly remarked.

2) On New Years Eve 2011, Obama signed into law the National Defense Authorization Act which includes provisions that permit the abduction and military detention without trial of U.S. citizens. Despite Obama claiming he would not use the provisions to incarcerate U.S. citizens, it was his administration that specifically demanded these powers be included in the final NDAA bill.

3) The passage of the Obamacare bill, under which Americans will be forced to buy health insurance, is clearly anathema to the Constitution.

The individual mandate is unprecedented and exceeds Congress’s power to regulate interstate commerce. If it is allowed to stand, Congress will be able to impose any kind of economic mandate as part of any kind of national regulatory scheme,” writes Ilya Shapiro, a Senior Fellow in Constitutional Studies, Cato Institute.

4) Obama’s role in the economic looting of America since he took office is unprecedented. Specifically, Obama violated the Constitution’s Takings and Due Process Clauses when he bullied the secured creditors of automaker Chrysler into accepting 30 cents on the dollar while politically connected labor unions and preferential others received better deals.

5) Finally, Obama’s use of signing statements shows his desire to continue in the vein of George W. Bush and rule by executive fiat. This is a direct violation of Article II of the Constitution.

Obama, last night, right here. I mean he was within a nine iron, effectively, at least as Hank Haney hits ‘em, from where we are right now in Palm Beach Gardens, and he said, “This election will probably have the biggest contrast that we have seen maybe since Johnson-Goldwater of ’64, maybe before that.”

But for God’s sake, folks, look around. The US is not anything like it was in 1964 when Goldwater lost in a landslide. The country does look almost exactly like it did in 1980 when Reagan trounced Carter. That’s the lesson.

The lesson here is that Obama is the second term of Jimmy Carter. But here they trot out Reagan and any other conservative that they think will help them remain in office.

But he’s seen no results.

A crosshair on a photo of George Zimmerman – who has yet to be arrested and is in hiding fearing for his life – demonstrates the sort of vigilante justice the New Black Panthers have in mind: taking Zimmerman “dead or alive,” as the diatribe by NBPP Chief of Staff Michelle Williams makes clear.



The National Chairman of the New Black Panther Party, Malik Zulu Shabazz, has called for a national “day of action” a day before a grand jury is scheduled to begin hearing the Trayvon Martin case.

“We have teamed up with over 300 organizations in a national and international coalition and are calling for a national strike…and a day of absence, where there is no work, no school, and no shopping in the cause of justice for Trayvon and the immediate arrest of Zimmerman and charging him with the appropriate charges,” Shabazz said.

Forget about trying to get calmer heads to prevail or any of that nonsense about not rushing to judgment.

If they have to doctor the facts a bit to get it, so what?

They’re willing to use some incredibly dishonest means to see that “justice” is done.

NBC was guilty of one of the most egregious examples, when it ran a clip on the Today show of George Zimmerman’s call to 911.

According to the excerpt NBC broadcast, Zimmerman said, “This guy looks like he’s up to no good. He looks black.”

Obviously, NBC wanted its audience to believe that Zimmerman is a Neanderthal racist who wouldn’t hesitate to gun down an innocent 17-year-old just because he was black.

As it turns out, Zimmerman did utter those words.

But the clever editors at NBC left out some incredibly important dialogue that occurred between the two sentences.

Here’s what was actually said:

Zimmerman: “This guy looks like he’s up to no good. Or he’s on drugs or something. It’s raining and he’s just walking around, looking about.”

USA Military Trains Terrorists To Attack America

Ynetnews reported in their article, “US operated deep in Iran, trained assassins,” that, “the New Yorker reported that the US trained members of the Iranian opposition group Mujahideen-e-Khalq.

According to previous reports, Israel has been cooperating with the group, which allegedly carried out hits on Iranian nuclear scientists.”

Ynetnews also reported that US officials doubt Iran is or will be developing nuclear weapons, as has been claimed to justify years of sanctions, covert subversion, terrorism, and unprovoked attacks by the West against Iran.

It appears that not only Israel, but the US in tandem with Mossad have been training, arming, financing, harboring, and directing the US State Department-listed foreign terror organization (#29) Mujahideen-e-Khalq (MEK) since as early as 2005 where MEK terrorists were brought to Las Vegas, Nevada to train. The April 2012 New Yorker article, “Our Men in Iran?” by Seymour Hersh, elaborates in detail how the Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) trained a listed terrorist organization on US soil before sending them back to Iran with weapons and money to carry out “anti-regime terrorist activities.”

MEK is suspected to be behind a rash of assassinations targeting Iranian scientists, as well as handling patsies in a string of international bombings US and Israeli officials attempted to pin on Iran.

And while MEK’s representatives, including a growing lobby in Washington D.C. consisting of some of the most disingenuous supporters of the “War on Terror,” including Rudy Giuliani, former US Marine Commandant General James Jones, Tom Ridge, and Lee Hamilton, claim MEK has renounced “terror,” the entire purpose of training them, funding them, and getting them removed from the US State Department “Foreign Terrorist Organization” list is to allow them to carry out a wider campaign of violence against the Iranian people with even greater US support. In essence – to support terror on an unprecedented scale.

This is stated in US policy think-tank Brookings Institution’s “Which Path to Persia?” report published in 2009 which stated (emphasis added):

“Perhaps the most prominent (and certainly the most controversial) opposition group that has attracted attention as a potential U.S. proxy is the NCRI (National Council of Resistance of Iran), the political movement established by the MEK (Mujahedin-e Khalq). Critics believe the group to be undemocratic and unpopular, and indeed anti-American.

In contrast, the group’s champions contend that the movement’s long-standing opposition to the Iranian regime and record of successful attacks on and intelligence-gathering operations against the regime make it worthy of U.S. support.

They also argue that the group is no longer anti-American and question the merit of earlier accusations. Raymond Tanter, one of the group’s supporters in the United States, contends that the MEK and the NCRI are allies for regime change in Tehran and also act as a useful proxy for gathering intelligence.

The MEK’s greatest intelligence coup was the provision of intelligence in 2002 that led to the discovery of a secret site in Iran for enriching uranium.

Despite its defenders’ claims, the MEK remains on the U.S. government list of foreign terrorist organizations. In the 1970s, the group killed three U.S. officers and three civilian contractors in Iran.

During the 1979-1980 hostage crisis, the group praised the decision to take America hostages and Elaine Sciolino reported that while group leaders publicly condemned the 9/11 attacks, within the group celebrations were widespread.

Undeniably, the group has conducted terrorist attacks—often excused by the MEK’s advocates because they are directed against the Iranian government.

For example, in 1981, the group bombed the headquarters of the Islamic Republic Party, which was then the clerical leadership’s main political organization, killing an estimated 70 senior officials.

More recently, the group has claimed credit for over a dozen mortar attacks, assassinations, and other assaults on Iranian civilian and military targets between 1998 and 2001.

At the very least, to work more closely with the group (at least in an overt manner), Washington would need to remove it from the list of foreign terrorist organizations.”

Clearly the United States, its policy makers, and “elected representatives” are well aware that MEK was, and still is a terrorist organization, targeting not only military and political targets in Iran, but civilian targets as well.

The indefensible excuse being used now, is that MEK’s terrorist activities are only being directed at the people of Iran, not the West, therefore it is somehow justifiable.

MEK has carried out decades of brutal terrorist attacks, assassinations, and espionage against the Iranian government and its people, as well as targeting Americans including the attempted kidnapping of US Ambassador Douglas MacArthur II, the attempted assassination of USAF Brigadier General Harold Price, the successful assassination of Lieutenant Colonel Louis Lee Hawkins, the double assassinations of Colonel Paul Shaffer and Lieutenant Colonel Jack Turner, and the successful ambush and killing of American Rockwell International employees William Cottrell, Donald Smith, and Robert Krongard.

 

Admissions to the deaths of the Rockwell International employees can be found within a report written by former US State Department and Department of Defense official Lincoln Bloomfield Jr. on behalf of the lobbying firm Akin Gump in an attempt to dismiss concerns over MEK’s violent past and how it connects to its current campaign of armed terror – a true testament to the depths of depravity from which Washington and London lobbyists operate.

MEK today is described by Council on Foreign Relations Senior Fellow Ray Takeyh (who was attempting to defend MEK) as a “cult-like organization” with “totalitarian tendencies.”

While Takeyh fails to expand on what he meant by “cult-like” and “totalitarian,” an interview with US State Department-run Radio Free Europe-Radio Liberty reported that a MEK Camp Ashraf escapee claimed the terrorist organization bans marriage, using radios, the Internet, and holds many members against their will with the threat of death if ever they are caught attempting to escape.

With a similar story being uncovered behind Al Qaeda’s Libyan Islamic Fighting Group (LIFG) which has been for decades backed, armed, trained, and directed by the CIA and MI6 under varying banners up to and including NATO’s recent 2011 Libyan intervention – a pattern of using “terrorists” as both a convenient casus belli and as an effective proxy military force is becoming apparent.

With LIFG commander Abdul Hakim Belhaj turning up in Syria carrying out a NATO-backed campaign to topple President Bashar al-Assad, it appears terrorist mercenaries in the employ of the West are at work there as well.

Tales of “pro-democracy” “freedom fighters” are spun for anyone ignorant enough to believe them, while in reality the violence there is nothing more than the symptoms of neo-imperial machinations.

The War on Terror is a Fraud

The “War on Terror” is a fraud. For 10 years the West, and in particular America’s armed forces have been lied to, misled, and bled dry literally while the American tax payers have been bled dry financially.

Some of the corporate sponsors behind the Brookings Institution, who have openly conspired to fund, train, and arm terrorist organizations to carry out regime change in Iran. America is bled to death literally and financially to fight wars of conquest justified by claiming armies of omnipresent terrorists threaten the West’s way of life, when this very army of terrorists is a creation of the corporate-financier oligarchs in Wall Street and London in the first place.

For it is the corporate-financier oligarchs who have made trillions fighting this unending war, who have had barriers such as individual liberty and state sovereignty torn down in their quest for more wealth and power, and who have overturned nation after nation only then to be rolled into their growing Wall Street-London collective.

This is modern global empire - its moral imperative one entirely contrived to hide a glaring reality so outrageous even when it is admitted amongst the mainstream press, the general public has no idea, apparently, what to make of it.

It would be suggested, however, that the public identify these corporations, boycott them completely, and replace them with a new, local paradigm with a moral imperative derived from their own personal convictions – not ideology sold to them on the corporate-sponsored evening news.

Hussein Obama Flag Vilest Evidence Of Treason

A CBS News affiliate in Philadelphia reported on an incident where a local South Jersey resident has been flying the stars and stripes – only there are no the stars representing the 50 states.

In their place was the emblazoned image of Barack Obama.

Residents complained that this new ’Obama Stripes’ version of the American Flag violates the United States official flag code. 

One elderly resident appeared to be visibly shaken for fear she would be branded as a ‘racist’ for showing her disapproval of the Obama Stripes. 

She explains, “I don’t want to be called a racist because I object to an American flag where the stars are removed – to put a face. I don’t care if it’s a can of peas, it doesn’t belong on my American Flag.”


This has come a month after a similar event took place in Florida, where the Obama Stripes were seen hanging outside of the Lake County Democrat Party office.

This apparently sent one Korean war veteran, Don Van Beck’s blood boiling.

WFTV Channel 9 interviewed Van Beck who explained, “I can’t describe how upset I was because you just don’t do that to the American flag,” Van Beck said.

Marine Corps vet John Masterjohn was seeing red, stating, “Joseph Stalin, pictures of Mao, pictures of Adolph Hitler. The pomp, the ceremony – the flags like that”.

Indeed, Masterjohn has a valid point. A flag like this one would not be out of place during Mussolini’s WWII era Italy.

The soviet-style agitprop art which was the hallmark of Obama’s 2008 election craze, and undoubtedly helped to propel him into a ‘cult of personality’ – seemed to die off in the last and a half.

But as the election year rolls forward in 2012, these two incidents may only be scratching the surface of what American can expect in terms of Obama’s iconic-agitprop imagery over the next 8 months.

History shows however, that whenever societies are lured into a cult of personality-led government, a rapid slide into tyranny almost always ensues.

The image of the rising sun which was Obama’s official logo crafted by PR guru Sol Sender, and bears remarkable resemblence to other iconic socialist logos throughout history.



It is already widely accepted that Barack Obama was influenced by the radical leftist teacher Saul Alinsky, and proceeded to follow in his footsteps as a Chicago-based “community organizer”. In this same fashion, Obama’s 2008 presidential campaign also has many of the characteristics of Alinsky’s teachings, employing class warfare themes.

Where the cult of personality becomes more dangerous, is when citizens exhibit a blind loyalty to their icon, a condition which is similar to celebrity worship.

As the American police state has progressed rapidly under the current adminstration with the passage of a number of unconstitutional laws and executive orders like the Homeland Battlefield Act ala NDAA and the reactivation of Bush’s Patriot Acts, this seemingly ‘blind loyalty’ could also be influenced subtly by a fear of the state.

Only a few days earlier, many a constitutional scholar were left with their jaws dropped down near their ankles, following Obama’s White House lawn speech, where he dismissed the US Supreme Court, as an “Unelected group of people would somehow overturn a duly constitutional and passed law”, referring to their ability to overturn Obamacare legislation as unconstitutional.



Such a statement could be viewed as disturbing to 21st century America, considering the record amount of unlawfull executive orders and signing statements which have taken place under both GW Bush and Obama over the last 12 years.

Above all these stories, however, is a not so distant memory of how the Democrat media machine and its army of underlings shamelessly employed elementary school children during their campaign- in brutal fashion, but glossed it over with an extremely slick marketing finish.

In this game of Goebells-style campaigning, the school teachers who allowed their students to be politicized in the way are probably most to blame. Either way, it make for very frightening viewing.

Although the Obama flag appears to be a flagrant violation of all things American, it pales in comparison to school children singing their crypto-fascist theme songs.

Food for though here: even the German people  never had Adolf Hitler’s image printed on the German national flag, which you could say… only makes this latest trend slightly worrying – to say the least.

Nothing But Crap (NBC) Token Firing Means Nothing

NBC News has fired the producer it deemed most responsible for the airing of a selectively edited 911 call placed by George Zimmerman the night he killed Trayvon Martin.

Sources at NBC who asked not to be identified confirmed a New York Times story saying that a Miami-based producer was fired though the sources refused to identify the former employee.

The offending segment aired on NBC’s Today show March 27 but went widely unnoticed until it was highlighted by conservative outlets such as the Media Research Center and Breitbart.com.

Group In Florida To Protect Whites From Racist Old New Black Panthers

The Trayvon Martin case is getting even more heated as armed neo-Nazis are reportedly patrolling the streets of Sanford, Fla.-where the black, unarmed teen was shot and killed.

A representative for the Detroit-based National Socialist movement told the Miami New Times that his group of roughly 10 to 20 volunteers aren’t there to start trouble, but are prepared to protect the “white citizens in the area” in the event of race riots.

“Whenever there is one of these racially charged events, Al Sharpton goes wherever blacks need him,” Jeff Schoep of the National Socialist Movement told the news organization. “We do similar things. We are a white civil rights organization…We are not the type of white people who are going to be walked all over.”

Usually Corrupt Courts See Through Fed Gov Frameup Job

Much to the chagrin of the Southern Poverty Law Center, a federal judge has cleared the members of a Michigan militia who were accused by federal law enforcement agents of conspiracy to commit sedition.

Since you didn’t hear much about this ruling from the national press corps, here is one online version of the report:

Seven members of a Michigan militia have been cleared of plotting to overthrow the U.S. government as a judge dismissed the most serious charges against them.

“In a shock defeat for federal authorities, District Judge Victoria Roberts said the group’s expressed hatred of law enforcement did not amount to a conspiracy.

“The FBI secretly planted an informant and an agent inside the Hutaree militia in 2008 to collect hours of anti-government audio and video that became the cornerstone of the case.

“Senior officials had insisted they had captured homegrown rural extremists poised for war.

“But the judge said: ‘The court is aware that protected speech and mere words can be sufficient to show a conspiracy. In this case, however, they do not rise to that level.’’

“Judge Roberts granted requests for acquittal on the most serious charges: conspiring to commit sedition, or rebellion, against the U.S. and conspiring to use weapons of mass destruction.

“Other weapons crimes linked to the alleged conspiracies were also dismissed.”
At this point, I believe it is necessary that I review a column I wrote on April 6, 2010, regarding the Hutaree militia raid. As you read the words that follow, please remember that they were written TWO YEARS AGO–almost to the day.

I want to try and expound on William Norman Grigg’s outstanding analysis of the Hutaree militia raid. In doing so, I am going to also expand upon Grigg’s reference to James Madison’s trenchant treatise in Federalist 46.

Referring to the federal indictment against the Hutaree militia, that alleged members were making preparations for potential armed conflict against law enforcement officers as a “seditious conspiracy,” Grigg astutely noted, “If they were acquiring weapons and developing appropriate skills in anticipation of defending themselves against government aggression, their actions–while possibly conspiratorial in nature–don’t amount to a crime. This is particularly true in light of our cultural history, in which sedition–agitation to change the existing political order–is our proudest civic tradition.”

Grigg then rightly observes, “Government is nothing more than the rationalization and exercise of violence. Everything done by government contains at least the implicit threat of lethal coercion.

Thus the indictment’s description of Hutaree as ‘an anti-government extremist organization which advocates violence against local, state and Federal law enforcement’ is a product of rhetorical onanism [from Genesis 38:9--a great analogy, Will].”

As a general rule, government is the most violent force on the planet. If one wants to get a true perspective on the historical record regarding who or what routinely produces the most violence and death, one should pick up a copy of R. J. Rummel’s book, “Death By Government.”

Since the end of World War II, Communist China and Red Russia lead the pack when it comes to death and brutality; however, the US government has inflicted its share of carnage as well. For example, in Iraq and Afghanistan alone, the government in Washington, D.C., has killed over 800,000 civilians (and this figure is a conservative estimate noting the most credible resources possible).

Plus, does anyone remember the violence that our federal government enacted upon the Branch Davidians outside Waco, Texas? Does anyone remember the mother shot in the head while innocently holding her little baby in her own home by a federal sniper near Ruby Ridge, Idaho (after her small son was shot in the back by federal agents)?

In fact, the list of civilians who have been killed by federal law enforcement agents over the years is a very long one. Granted, many of these killings were done in lawful self-defense; but others amounted to nothing less than old-fashioned murder (and never was the federal agent who committed the murder ever brought to justice).

If one wants to indict an “organization which advocates violence,” then surely the central government in Washington, D.C., should be indicted!

If Hutaree members were indeed planning AGGRESSIVE violence against anyone–in the government or without–they deserved to be stopped. If, however, they were simply preparing to DEFEND THEMSELVES against government overreach or abuse–and would only resort to violence in an act of lawful self-defense–they committed no crime and are but the most recent victims of federal abuse of power. This is a question that will doubtless be determined in a court of law.

To charge, however (as the indictment does), that Hutaree members (all 9 of them!) planned “to levy war against the United States, [and] to oppose by force the authority of the Government of the United States . . .” will take some doing to make stick.

As Grigg points out, “If Hutaree was preparing for armed DEFENSE against criminal actions by government officials, this charge is as pointless as a broken pencil. If their efforts to ‘prevent, hinder, and delay’ various government initiatives were confined to activism, rather than armed conflict, they are–in that particular–not substantially different from hundreds or thousands of other groups.”

The entire case against Hutaree appears to be based upon the testimony of an FBI undercover agent inside the group. Placing agent provocateurs inside groups such as Hutaree is a classic strategy of federal police agencies. This part of the story was broken by the Wall Street Journal.

Using agent provocateurs is a long-favored tactic of both the Kremlin and the White House. Joel Skousen’s latest WORLD AFFAIRS BRIEF contains an extremely trenchant and insightful analysis of how Russia and the US have used–and continue to use–this tactic.

Skousen writes, “A related tactic [to false flag operations] is the hiring of agent provocateurs to infiltrate a group targeted for destruction and induce radical elements of that group to perform crimes against innocent civilians that will justify armed retaliation or arrest.

With the sudden surge in claimed terrorism in Russia and the arrest of the radical Hutaree group in the US, it is helpful to review the role of false flag terror attacks in Russia and the role of agent provocateurs in the US as we analyze what’s really going on.”

“As we move on to discuss the arrest of the radical members of the Hutaree cult in Michigan, it is important to note that virtually every prosecution of so-called domestic terrorism in the past decade is owed to the infiltration of FBI informants.

While none of us in America dispute the need to gain intelligence on real threats to national security, we have to question the propriety of training and pressuring informants (most of which have been forced to accept the informant assignment in lieu of a prison term for other crimes committed) to provoke and induce angry and unstable dissidents to commit acts of terror.

“All too often, FBI ‘informants’ have been pressured by superiors to go far beyond informing. They have provided weapons, explosives, and even acted as the guiding hand to map out the strategy and tactics for performing the deed. These things only come out reluctantly during trial, and even then I suspect that we are never allowed to know the full extent of these provocations.”

In addition, Will Grigg states that another major component of the indictment that is worrisome is the charge that Hutaree is guilty of “seditious conspiracy.” As Grigg writes, “Whatever is eventually learned about Hutaree, as things presently stand the indictment against it could provide a template for ‘seditious conspiracy’ prosecutions involving practically any group that endorses the use of defensive force to protect citizens against government aggression.

“Indeed, the definition of ‘conspiracy’ used in the Hutaree indictment could make a criminal out of anyone who reads Federalist Paper 46 in public, thereby sharing James Madison’s commendably seditious admonition that the people preserve ‘the advantage of being armed’ in the event that insurrection against the central government proves necessary in order to preserve liberty.”

Let’s look a little closer at Federalist 46, written by Founding Father, author of the US Constitution, and America’s fourth President, James Madison. In dispelling the fears of colonists toward a standing federal army, Madison said in Federalist 46, “Let a regular army, fully equal to the resources of the country, be formed; and let it be entirely at the devotion of the federal government; still it would not be going too far to say, that the State governments, with the people on their side, would be able to repel the danger.

The highest number to which, according to the best computation, a standing army can be carried in any country, does not exceed one hundredth part of the whole number of souls; or one twenty-fifth part of the number able to bear arms.

This proportion would not yield, in the United States, an army of more than twenty-five or thirty thousand men. To these would be opposed a militia amounting to near half a million of citizens with arms in their hands, officered by men chosen from among themselves, fighting for their common liberties, and united and conducted by governments possessing their affections and confidence.

It may well be doubted, whether a militia thus circumstanced could ever be conquered by such a proportion of regular troops.”

Madison went on to say, “Besides the advantage of being armed, which the Americans possess over the people of almost every other nation, the existence of subordinate governments, to which the people are attached, and by which the militia officers are appointed, forms a barrier against the enterprises of ambition, more insurmountable than any which a simple government of any form can admit of.

Notwithstanding the military establishments in the several kingdoms of Europe, which are carried as far as the public resources will bear, the governments are afraid to trust the people with arms.”

Could Madison be any clearer? He (and the rest of America’s founders) emphatically expected the militia of the “several States” to be universally armed against the potential encroachment on liberty by the central government, meaning: the citizenry must at all times be prepared to use their arms against any aggressive nature of the federal government to trample their freedoms.

This, of course, reinforces the founders’ intent, that the 2nd Amendment protected the right of the people to keep and bear arms for the express purpose of providing the citizenry with the capability to repel (with violence) any assault against their liberties by their own federal government.

So, pray tell, would today’s FBI categorize James Madison’s statements in Federalist 46 as “seditious conspiracy”? If so, perhaps we are closer to tyranny than any of us wants to admit!

Furthermore, it is not lost to millions of Americans that this is the same federal government (through Department of Homeland Security fusion centers) that just recently characterized pro-lifers; people who support the 2nd Amendment; people who oppose the United Nations and illegal immigration; people who voted for Ron Paul or Chuck Baldwin; and Iraq War veterans as “extremists” and potential “dangerous militia members.”

But, once again, the federal government–along with their propagandists in the major news media, including its artificial authority on militias, the ultra-liberal Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) in Montgomery, Alabama–is able to use the Hutaree militia to demonize militias in general, and even more damaging, to try and destroy the concept of constitutional State militias in the minds of the American public.

Did members of the Hutaree intend to carry out aggressive violence against law enforcement personnel? I have no idea. Until this story broke in the national media, I had never heard of this group. I will wait for the facts to come out–if indeed the federal government and national media even allow the facts to come out.

I do know this: I do not trust the federal government to tell the truth about anything! They did not tell the truth about the Branch Davidians at Waco; they did not tell the truth about Randy Weaver; they did not tell the truth about Gordon Kahl; and, if their track record is any indicator, it is doubtful that they are telling the truth about the Hutaree militia. But we shall see.

In the meantime, as William Norman Grigg opines, “There’s reason to believe that the Feds have expanded and escalated this ongoing enterprise to exploit, and exacerbate, growing public hostility toward an increasingly invasive and esurient government.

“Whether it is ever demonstrated that Hutaree intended to ‘levy war’ against the U.S. government, this much is beyond serious dispute: The Homeland Security state is unambiguously preparing for war with the public–in fact, it has been doing so for a long time.”

Well, now in 2012, the facts have all been laid bare. The Hutaree militia was innocent of the federal government’s conspiracy charges, and the federal government, once again, did not tell the truth. And, furthermore, the words written by yours truly and Will Grigg seem even more relevant today than they did two years ago, do they not?

In closing, let me be very clear about this: I have nothing but appreciation and respect for honest, God-fearing law enforcement personnel. I count law enforcement personnel among my kinfolk, and I feel very privileged to have been made an honorary deputy sheriff by my former county sheriff. I certainly share no anti-law enforcement prejudice.

But the current trend to militarize and federalize law enforcement is both unconstitutional and alarming. Even more alarming is the manner in which the federal government and its toadies at the SPLC are attempting to criminalize the expressions of freedom and constitutional government–the same words, thoughts, and ideas expressed by America’s Founding Fathers.

To quote myself, “So, pray tell, would today’s FBI categorize James Madison’s statements in Federalist 46 as ‘seditious conspiracy’? If so, perhaps we are closer to tyranny than any of us wants to admit!”

In the meantime, congratulations to federal District Judge Victoria Roberts for representing the court in a manner consistent with the founders’ intentions: by using the gavel as a hammer to protect liberty rather than as a rubber stamp to dismantle it–as so many federal judges are inclined to do these days.

Police State Arming Underway For Martial Law

An article posted on The Modesto Bee website provides a snapshot of the militarization of police, thanks to the Pentagon.

A “California Watch” article details how Stanislaus County police have received $4.2 million in surplus war equipment from the Department of Defense. In 2011 alone, according to the article, “Stanislaus County agencies collected more than 2,400 pieces, their highest total ever.”

Stanislaus County is not alone. “Public agencies around the state have grabbed cast-off military goods that become available on a weekly basis” and used to “arm and equip its officers.”

Modesto Police Chief Mike Harden told The Modesto Bee that much of the surplus military equipment is not “applicable to municipal use,” including an “inert rocket launcher” and other “nonoperational weaponry the Stanislaus County sheriff’s bomb squad displays to educate children about dangerous explosives,” according to Sheriff Adam Christianson.

Other, more useful equipment the police received from U.S. taxpayers include flashlights, bed sheets, a cargo parachute and an OH-58 helicopter. The department also acquired a “guided-missile trailer” that was repurposed to haul heavy equipment.

“The Department of Defense’s equipment bazaar is another sign of how some police departments increasingly resemble small armies. Civilian law enforcement agencies have equipped themselves with assault-style weapons and even tanks, first as part of the war on drugs and later in the name of fighting terrorism,” write G.W. Schulz and Andrew Becker.

Modesto cops insist they are “not trying to mimic military units” and claim “there is a definite need to equip officers with weapons that meet the level of the criminals they might encounter.”

“Law enforcement is a paramilitary organization, and we often utilize the same type of equipment that the military might use,” Christianson said.

The police in Modesto may actually believe they will need military equipment for a fantasy show-down with Los Zetas or RPG toting drug dealers. Short of actually going up against al-Qaeda, however, police around the country have used SWAT teams and “cast-off” combat equipment doled out by the Pentagon over the last few months to confront non-violent protesters.

“The militarization of America’s metropolitan police forces was on full display in recent months as police from Los Angeles to New York cracked down on Occupy protests, decked out in full SWAT gear and occasionally using strange pieces of military hardware,” Salon reported in December.

Metropolitan cops don’t expect Occupy terrorists to engage in running gun battles. On the contrary, heavily militarized cops are sent to demonstrations in order to acclimate people to the fact they live in a militarized police state and should expect paramilitary soldiers with automatic weapons when they exercise the First Amendment.

According to the Center for Investigative Reporting, cops now routinely conduct police work with military hardware. “Many police, including beat cops, now routinely carry assault rifles. Combined with body armor and other apparel, many officers look more and more like combat troops serving in Iraq and Afghanistan.

The list of equipment bought with… federal grants reads like a defense contractor catalog. High-tech gear fills the garages, locker rooms and patrol cars in departments across the country,” they write.

FBI statistics cited by the Center for Investigative Reporting reveal that violent crime – and officers killed by gunfire – has decreased over the last two decades while over the same period police departments have armed themselves at an unprecedented level.
The question is, then, why is the Pentagon and the federal government showering local police departments with tons of weapons and military gear?

The answer should be obvious – they want us to understand that domestic police are now an extension of the Pentagon and the Department of Homeland Security .

Traitor Scum Assembled (TSA) Exposed Once Again

The Transportation Security Administration is set for yet another major embarrassment with Jon Corbett, the engineer who recently put the federal agency to shame by exposing the uselessness of its $1 billion dollar body scanner program, promising to release a new video of ‘epic’ proportions.

Corbett’s video, which has so far received almost 1.9 million views after going viral and appearing in hundreds of news stories, exposed how the TSA’s radiation firing body scanners can easily be fooled by securing an object inside an external pocket sewn on to an item of clothing.

The video shows Corbett carrying a metal case through the scanner, away from his body in his side pocket. Corbett explains that because metallic objects appear as black on the image the scanners produce, the machines do not pick up such objects if they are obscured by the background, which is also black.

The TSA’s response to the controversy was both glib and totally pathetic – the federal agency didn’t even try to deny the fact that Corbett had revealed the body scanner program to be completely useless for the purpose the TSA claims it was designed for.

Following the interest generated by the story, Corbett attempted to obtain video footage of himself defeating the body scanners at Cleveland-Hopkins International Airport under the Freedom of Information Act, efforts that have so far been resisted.

Corbett is still engaged in a lawsuit against the TSA’s naked body scanners and its invasive pat down procedures.

Now Corbett has put out a teaser for a new TSA exposé set to be released.

“I’ve been working on producing a new video, which will be on the same level of epicness as the last one in exposing the TSA — and especially the nude body scanner program — as the giant fraud that it is. I’m pleased to announce that my new video will be released early next week,” writes Corbett on his blog.

“No hints, but I promise you’ll like it. Unless, of course, you’re a TSA supporter, in which case… well, apologies in advance.”

The fact that the TSA is set to be embarrassed yet again is hardly a surprise, virtually every week we see a deluge of stories concerning the criminal behavior of the agency’s screeners, but the popularity and importance of Corbett’s previous revelation means we’re waiting on his next effort with baited breath.

The Toledo Blade reports that an old man was assaulted by a gang in retaliation for the killing of Trayvon Martin:

While Mr. Watts was down the boys kicked him, over and over, shouting, “[Get] that white [man]. This is for Trayvon … Trayvon lives, white [man]. Kill that white [man],” according to a police report.

Mr. Watts is 78, the assailants are teenagers.

No word if the Rev. Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson and the Congressional Black Caucus will turn the assault into a civil rights crusade.
