High Gas Prices No Concern To Dictator Hussein Obama
Now that high gasoline prices have come home to roost, the president is flailing around for an energy policy.
His recent attempts at energy policy include:

The latest attempt is to blame everything on speculators. And why not? Previous polling shows that 80 percent of Americans believe petroleum price spikes are caused by speculation, which means no more than 20 percent believe it is caused by the fundamentals of supply and demand.

Traitor Hussein Obama Targets USA Military
The U.S. Army could be 30,000 troops lighter if a new law allowing the IRS to suspend travel rights of Americans it claims are tax delinquent passes Congress – the Internal Revenue Service says active duty soldiers owe a total of around $390 million in back taxes.
“About 30,000 active-duty troops and a similar number of reserve-component members owe the Internal Revenue Service a collective $390 million in back taxes, according to IRS data,” reports WTLX.
A new law buried within a transport bill that has already passed the Senate and is expected to pass the House shortly would empower the IRS to revoke passports of Americans accused of tax delinquency.
“There is no requirement that the tax payer be guilty of or even charged with tax evasion, fraud, or any criminal offense — only that the citizen is alleged to owe the IRS back taxes of $50,000 or more,” reports the Daily Economist.
As we have highlighted, although the bill is completely illegal in that it violates Article I, Section 9, paragraph 3 of the United States Constitution, experts say the Republican controlled House is like to pass the provision because it will raise an estimated $750 million dollars in extra taxes.
Federal employees would also be ensnared by the new measures. IRS figures show that in 2010, “98,000 federal employees owed a combined $1 billion in back taxes.”

Taxpayers Foot Bill For Secret Service Sex Orgy
Small black tables covering a dimly lit dance floor at the Pley Club in a low-rent district of Cartagena were filled Sunday night mostly with tourists.
A white stage was reserved for dancers wearing form-fitting, brightly colored dresses that showed off enough cleavage and leg to entice customers to dig deep in their wallets.

Ron Paul identified the Libyan action as impeachable, and even House Democrats like Jerrold Nadler likened Obama to an emperor.
The Secretary of Defense reiterates the treasonous claim that war authorization is optional, admitting that international authority is sought, but approval from the U.S. Congress is not.
Kurt Nimmo writes: Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta said during questioning by Senator Jeff Sessions of Alabama that the Obama administration does not believe Congress has the exclusive right to declare war and that the Pentagon answers to the United Nations, not the people of the United States.
Article I, Section 8, of the Constitution reserves exclusively for Congress the power to declare war. Both Thomas Jefferson and James Madison argued that the power to declare war must reside in the legislative branch of government and the president will only act as the commander-in-chief and direct the war after it is declared by Congress.

If it is allowed to stand, Congress will be able to impose any kind of economic mandate as part of any kind of national regulatory scheme,” writes Ilya Shapiro, a Senior Fellow in Constitutional Studies, Cato Institute.
4) Obama’s role in the economic looting of America since he took office is unprecedented. Specifically, Obama violated the Constitution’s Takings and Due Process Clauses when he bullied the secured creditors of automaker Chrysler into accepting 30 cents on the dollar while politically connected labor unions and preferential others received better deals.
5) Finally, Obama’s use of signing statements shows his desire to continue in the vein of George W. Bush and rule by executive fiat. This is a direct violation of Article II of the Constitution.

This latest White House holiday junket also counted in its imperial entourage Hillary Clinton and favored Romney running mate Marco Rubio, along with other high-ranking member’s of the President’s court, and a security detail which included scores of Secret Service agents, along with a few dozen more aids and logistics personnel.
As President Obama and his royal entourage touched down in Cartagena, Colombia for the Summit of the Americas on Friday afternoon, it seemed that his elite security detail had other, more pressing matters on their minds – wasting no time getting busy sampling some of the South America’s local delicacies.
Unable to control their manic hormonal urges, some of the President’s elite security “Advance Team” thought it prudent to coordinate a special Charlie Sheen-style recreational reconisance operation – on US taxpayers time.
According to initial reports last night, a dozen agents – including a number of married ones, have been sent packing we are told, this time for “soliciting prostitution”, a practice considered inappropriate for security staff charged with guarding America’s heads of state.
It’s still unclear whether or not Obama’s body guards made their trip to one of Cartegna’s infamous ‘red light’ districts, or if the Secret Service had instead organized their staff party at the same venue as US diplomats, and it’s not known who actually paid for their Colombian hookers.
To add insult to injury, Ronald Kessler the veteran journalist who orginally broke the story, one of the President’s Secret Service agents refused to pay for services rendered, which led the sex worker to complain to local police, which led to the media leak – very bad form indeed.
It may also be prudent to inquire also, that if hookers were involved, could the agents also have partaken in Columbia’s other bountiful national delicacy, or to put it figuratively, were they also ”hitting the slopes in April”?

If the makers of Kony 2012 can receive international viral coverage for putting out a film that was little more than a veiled call for another unconstitutional invasion, this call to impeach Obama deserves equal attention.
White House Muslim Attacks Memory Of Ronald Reagan
They have always hated Reagan. They engage in revisionist history about the Reagan years. But when they need to move their agenda forward, when they need to marshal support for what they’re trying to do, who do they invoke? LBJ? No. Teddy Kennedy? No. JFK? No. RFK? No. Bill Clinton? No. They invoke Ronald Reagan, the beloved Ronaldus Magnus.
Now, what does that tell you? They have to take one of the most popular presidents in history, a Republican, a person with whom they have absolutely nothing in common and without any agreement whatsoever and try to convince the American people Barack Obama is Ronald Reagan.
Ronald Reagan did what Obama’s doing. It is shameless. It is offensive, and, like everything else Obama is doing, it’s a lie.
But here’s the problem with this. The Republican establishment — and we discussed this during the elongated primary process — the Republican establishment is scared to death of conservatives, scared to death of a conservative nominee, because their formative lesson is the Goldwater landslide defeat.
That’s what they think will happen, or would have happened had the nominee been an unabashed conservative. So they’re happy.
The Republican establishment is happy ’cause now there won’t be this massive landslide defeat because we don’t have a conservative. They do not look to 1980 and 1984 and see two massive landslide victories.
But it gets tiresome, and it’s frustrating at the same time. We’ve talked about this countless times before.
Obama, last night, right here. I mean he was within a nine iron, effectively, at least as Hank Haney hits ‘em, from where we are right now in Palm Beach Gardens, and he said, “This election will probably have the biggest contrast that we have seen maybe since Johnson-Goldwater of ’64, maybe before that.”
But for God’s sake, folks, look around. The US is not anything like it was in 1964 when Goldwater lost in a landslide. The country does look almost exactly like it did in 1980 when Reagan trounced Carter. That’s the lesson.
The lesson here is that Obama is the second term of Jimmy Carter. But here they trot out Reagan and any other conservative that they think will help them remain in office.
True Americans Want Kenyan Out Of White House Now
The investigation also concluded that Obama’s Selective Service registration is the same – a forgery, leading to the obvious question of what happens if Obama legally cannot be president.
But he’s seen no results.
Now, tens of thousands, perhaps hundreds of thousands, of people are going to see whether Congress ignores their concerns, too.
It’s because of a new petition that has been launched demanding that the 112th Congress begin a “full and impartial investigation into the constitutional eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama.”

As president, Obama has faced criticism of his stance on Israel, including his unprecedented call for a complete halt to Jewish construction in the eastern sections of Jerusalem and in Judea and Samaria as a precondition for talks with the Palestinians.
Obama has hailed his presidential track record on the Jewish state, touting continued financial aid and loan guarantees to Israel. Such standard funding falls mostly within the purview of Congress.
On the specific issue of Palestinian “refugees,” Obama has never indicated he will push for the so-called right of return.

Hussein Obama Flag Vilest Evidence Of Treason
A CBS News affiliate in Philadelphia reported on an incident where a local South Jersey resident has been flying the stars and stripes – only there are no the stars representing the 50 states.
In their place was the emblazoned image of Barack Obama.
Residents complained that this new ’Obama Stripes’ version of the American Flag violates the United States official flag code.
One elderly resident appeared to be visibly shaken for fear she would be branded as a ‘racist’ for showing her disapproval of the Obama Stripes.
She explains, “I don’t want to be called a racist because I object to an American flag where the stars are removed – to put a face. I don’t care if it’s a can of peas, it doesn’t belong on my American Flag.”
This has come a month after a similar event took place in Florida, where the Obama Stripes were seen hanging outside of the Lake County Democrat Party office.
This apparently sent one Korean war veteran, Don Van Beck’s blood boiling.
WFTV Channel 9 interviewed Van Beck who explained, “I can’t describe how upset I was because you just don’t do that to the American flag,” Van Beck said.
Marine Corps vet John Masterjohn was seeing red, stating, “Joseph Stalin, pictures of Mao, pictures of Adolph Hitler. The pomp, the ceremony – the flags like that”.
Indeed, Masterjohn has a valid point. A flag like this one would not be out of place during Mussolini’s WWII era Italy.
The soviet-style agitprop art which was the hallmark of Obama’s 2008 election craze, and undoubtedly helped to propel him into a ‘cult of personality’ – seemed to die off in the last and a half.
But as the election year rolls forward in 2012, these two incidents may only be scratching the surface of what American can expect in terms of Obama’s iconic-agitprop imagery over the next 8 months.
History shows however, that whenever societies are lured into a cult of personality-led government, a rapid slide into tyranny almost always ensues.
The image of the rising sun which was Obama’s official logo crafted by PR guru Sol Sender, and bears remarkable resemblence to other iconic socialist logos throughout history.
It is already widely accepted that Barack Obama was influenced by the radical leftist teacher Saul Alinsky, and proceeded to follow in his footsteps as a Chicago-based “community organizer”. In this same fashion, Obama’s 2008 presidential campaign also has many of the characteristics of Alinsky’s teachings, employing class warfare themes.
Where the cult of personality becomes more dangerous, is when citizens exhibit a blind loyalty to their icon, a condition which is similar to celebrity worship.
As the American police state has progressed rapidly under the current adminstration with the passage of a number of unconstitutional laws and executive orders like the Homeland Battlefield Act ala NDAA and the reactivation of Bush’s Patriot Acts, this seemingly ‘blind loyalty’ could also be influenced subtly by a fear of the state.
Only a few days earlier, many a constitutional scholar were left with their jaws dropped down near their ankles, following Obama’s White House lawn speech, where he dismissed the US Supreme Court, as an “Unelected group of people would somehow overturn a duly constitutional and passed law”, referring to their ability to overturn Obamacare legislation as unconstitutional.
Such a statement could be viewed as disturbing to 21st century America, considering the record amount of unlawfull executive orders and signing statements which have taken place under both GW Bush and Obama over the last 12 years.
Above all these stories, however, is a not so distant memory of how the Democrat media machine and its army of underlings shamelessly employed elementary school children during their campaign- in brutal fashion, but glossed it over with an extremely slick marketing finish.
In this game of Goebells-style campaigning, the school teachers who allowed their students to be politicized in the way are probably most to blame. Either way, it make for very frightening viewing.
Although the Obama flag appears to be a flagrant violation of all things American, it pales in comparison to school children singing their crypto-fascist theme songs.
Food for though here: even the German people never had Adolf Hitler’s image printed on the German national flag, which you could say… only makes this latest trend slightly worrying – to say the least.

In a speech to the Rotary Club of Lexington, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell continued the GOP counteroffensive, telling the president to “back off” the Supreme Court.
“The President crossed a dangerous line. And anyone who cares about liberty needs to call him out on it. The independence of the Court must be defended,” McConnell (R-Ky.) said, according to the prepared text of his speech released by his office.
“So respectfully, I would suggest the President back off. Let the Court do its work.”

Dictator Hussein Obama Mum On Illegal Detention Document
Asawin Suebsaeng, who is an editorial fellow at Mother Jones, seems to have a problem understanding the Constitution and the national security state. He takes the political “right” to task for warning about the National Defense Resources Preparedness executive order signed by Obama earlier this month. This particular EO is no big deal and if you really want to place blame, place it on Harry Truman, Suebsaeng writes.

He’s right about Truman. The National Security Act of 1947 was passed by Congress and signed into law by president Truman. It has allowed the Pentagon and the CIA to encroach on our civil liberties ever since.
It created a national security establishment that has issued a number of unconstitutional executive orders. Mr. Suebsaeng mentions these in passing. It enabled the military-industrial complex president Dwight D. Eisenhower warned about in his farewell address in 1961.
Both the national security state and the military-industrial complex (which are actually inseparable) experienced a renaissance following the engineered demise of the Soviet Union, the supposed (and endlessly celebrated) end of the Cold War and the attacks of September 11, 2001.
Eisenhower warned that the “potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist” and this is precisely what happened prior to and following his speech.
Suebsaeng tells us the National Defense Resources Preparedness EO is not unique and it is basically a rerun of executive orders by Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, and Dwight Eisenhower.
“It’s your standard government readiness policy – nothing particularly exciting or groundbreaking,” he writes without delving into what a “readiness policy” is and what it means for a nation that is supposedly a republic based on the Constitution.
“Manufacturing a far-fetched conspiracy out of something so routine is a distraction,” Suebsaeng complains in what we can only conclude is ignorance of the issue and a knee-jerk reaction in defense of Obama, who many liberals still blindly follow despite the obvious fact he is a teleprompter reading stooge little different than his predecessor.
The National Defense Resources Preparedness EO and most of the FEMA EOs before it almost completely eviscerate due process (explicitly stated in the Fifth Amendment with a heritage going back to the Magna Carta).
The EOs sprouting from the Defense Production Act of 1950 allowing the government to mobilize national resources in the event of “national emergencies” set the stage for a complete government takeover and the implementation of martial law and confiscate private property.
Reading the EOs make this abundantly clear despite the arguments of apologists like Mr. Suebsaeng, who dismisses legitimate concerns about egregious violations of the Constitution as the “right’s latest phony freak-out about Obama’s wielding of executive power.”
Supposed liberals usually only complain about abuses of executive power when so-called conservatives are in the White House. They routinely give Democrat presidents a blank check to attack the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. For them, the Constitution is a partisan football.
If Mr. Suebsaeng were a fair and impartial observer instead of a Democrat apologist for maximum state power over the individual, he would mention that presidents regardless of party affiliation have repeatedly violated the Constitution – from Abraham Lincoln to Woodrow Wilson to Bush and Obama.
The commentary of Sean Hannity, Pamela Geller, the Daily Paul, Reason and Alex Jones – all excoriated as right-wing nuts and extremists by Suebsaeng – come in a distant second to the in-your-face derogation of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights given the nod by Mother Jones’ editorial fellow.
Although technically not an executive order, the NDAA (National Defense Authorization Act) was not mentioned by Suebsaeng. Obama had attached a signing order to the legislation passed into law by Congress.
The ACLU, usually identified with liberals such as Suebsaeng, stated following Obama’s signature on the NDAA that “it will damage both his legacy and American’s reputation for upholding the rule of law.
The last time Congress passed indefinite detention legislation was during the McCarthy era and President Truman had the courage to veto that bill. We hope that the president will consider the long view of history before codifying indefinite detention without charge or trial.”
Moreover, Mr. Suebsaeng did not mention the Patriot Act, the Military Commissions Act and other legislation passed into law or signed by executive fiat. The National Defense Resources Preparedness EO is part of a larger and increasingly portentous effort by the government to establish the framework of a police state and an excuse to impose martial law.
The NDAA gives the government the power to arrest without warrant (as stipulated under the Fourth Amendment) any U.S. citizen and hold him or her indefinitely, a concept abhorrent to the founders and more likely to be the practice of a military dictatorship.
Both the so-called liberal and conservative sides of the establishment ignored the NDAA – not because they are unaware of the legislation and its purpose (which has nothing to do with al-Qaeda), but because the establishment does not want the NDAA discussed.

Kenyan Hussein Obama Continues As White House Fraud
Who is Barack Obama? Where was he born, in the United States, or in Kenya? Where is the hard copy of his birth certificate? Did he hold an Indonesian passport? Does he qualify as a Natural Born Citizen? Does he qualify to hold the office of President of the United States?
Since 2007, these questions have remained largely unanswered, not least because the White House’s legal team has gone to great lengths and costs to seal all documents related to the President’s identity. The result of this – is a nation gradually tearing apart at the seams.
Arizona is currently leading a multi-state, head-on charge towards this issue with a bill requiring the president to prove he qualifies for office. Arizona’s Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office has mounted the only official law enforcement effort to date that has dared to investigate the President’s presented credentials –asking the burning question: has there been forgery or fraud committed by, or on behalf of the President?
In a famous passage from Aesop’s Fables, it tells a story of a slave named Androcles who was wandering through the forest when he came upon a Lion lying down moaning and in pain. At first he turned to flee, but finding that the Lion did not pursue him, he turned back and went up to him.
As he came near, the Lion put out his paw, which was swollen and bleeding. Androcles found a huge thorn, causing all the pain. He pulled out the thorn and bound up the paw of the Lion, who was soon able to rise and lick the hand of Androcles like a dog.
From a consensus reality perspective, the prevailing mainstream media interpretation of this fable might portray President Obama and his Federal government in the role of the Lion, and the Arizona state legislature along with Sheriff Joe Arpaio – as the thorn in the White House’s paw.
The part of Androcles would be played by the mainstream media itself, dutifully rescuing the lion from an annoying state effort to inflict pain on the White House.
From a Constitutional perspective however, the roles represented would look more like this: the Lion represents the 50 States of the Union, and the thorn in its paw is Obama’s inability to clear his name in the face of a damning investigation into his eligibility to hold the office of US President.
This thorn is buried deep into the fabric of the Union and it also includes the ruling establishment’s own clandestine effort to conceal the truth.
And, what of the slave Androcles? Androcles should be played by the press, the fabled Fourth Estate or ‘watchdog’, supposedly meant to be a dutiful servant of the people of the United States. Sadly, here in 2012, those romantic tales of the mainstream corporate press fighting corruption and bringing criminal activity in government to book are all but ancient history.
So far, media coverage of Arizona’s “Candidate Certification Bill” HB2480 has been dismissive, ignoring the contents of the Bill. The Establishment’s lapdog corporate media have only seen fit to delve into its own pre-laid surface covering the issue, with its own adolescent level analysis dismissing Arizona’s efforts as a mere “Birther Bill”, and attacking Arizona ad hominem as “the Birther state”.
For an event as unprecedented as this, the ensuing intentional media blackout which has descended on Obama’s missing birth certificate story is disturbing – but not surprising. Media coverage of law enforcement efforts to this point has been reduced to personally attacking Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his Cold Case Posse – rather than asking critical questions about the actual evidence they have discovered.
So who is left to play Androcles? In this story, it’s rightly being played by elected representatives in Arizona who drafted state Bill HB2480 and Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse of volunteer investigators. They are neither heroic, nor extraordinary.
They are merely doing the job which has been laid out by the Constitution of the state and country respectively, that is, rightly serving the interests of their constituents – the people of the United States. And so it should be. The Founders of this nation designed their country whereby the government should be servants of the electorate – and not the other way around.
George Washington once described the ideal relationship between the government and the electorate stating:
“Government is not reason; it is not eloquent; it is force. Like fire, it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master.”
More than anything, the controversy surrounding the President’s lack of authentic identification is an opportunity to test the system and voracity of the laws which are meant to govern how we work and interact in a free Constitutional Republic.
Unfortunately, this is not how the story is being framed in the mainstream media.
Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case investigation into the forgery and fraud evidence surrounding President Obama’s PDF birth certificate, Selective Service registration card and the missing INS microfilms – is ongoing and will likely unearth many more discoveries that will further cast a shadow on his Presidency.
The fate of Arizona’s Obama eligibility bill is less certain. If the law is killed in committee or later vetoed by Arizona’s governor, it will only go to prove that persons in positions of power do not have to observe even the basic vetting or requirements of proving their identity – as the average American citizen has to on a daily basis.

Unfortunately, this is not how the story is being framed in the mainstream media.
Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case investigation into the forgery and fraud evidence surrounding President Obama’s PDF birth certificate, Selective Service registration card and the missing INS microfilms – is ongoing and will likely unearth many more discoveries that will further cast a shadow on his Presidency.
The fate of Arizona’s Obama eligibility bill is less certain. If the law is killed in committee or later vetoed by Arizona’s governor, it will only go to prove that persons in positions of power do not have to observe even the basic vetting or requirements of proving their identity – as the average American citizen has to on a daily basis.
Although many would prefer not to face up to it, the whole issue of Obama’s records has become a thorn in the paw of the Union. If employees of the Federal government are not held to the same standards as their state counterparts, or even individuals – then we are staring at nothing less than a modern tyranny.
If we are to learn anything from all this, we should stop to consider who ‘s the Lion in own contemporary political story.

Traitor Hussein Obama Could Care Less About Gas Prices

More than two-thirds of Americans disapprove of the way President Barack Obama is handling high gasoline prices, although most do not blame him for them, according to a Reuters/Ipsos online poll.
Sixty-eight percent disapprove and 24 percent approve of how Obama is responding to price increases that have become one of the biggest issues in the 2012 presidential campaign.
In the past month, U.S. fuel prices have jumped about $0.30 per gallon to about $3.90 and the Republicans seeking to replace the Democrat in the November 6 election have seized upon the issue to attack his energy policies.
